This Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms of use for Classy Bins DBA Classy Junk Removal services (“Service Provider”), entered into by you, the Customer (“you” or “Customer”), upon using or requesting services. By using any of the services, you acknowledge and accept the terms detailed here.

1. Services Provided: the Service Provider provides junk removal and waste disposal services for residential and commercial customers. Services include the removal of household items, furniture, appliances, construction debris, and other non-hazardous waste materials.

2. Customer Responsibilities: To ensure service delivery, customers agree to the following:

Communication: Ensure emails from the Service Provider are not filtered out. Communications are sent from [email protected] or [email protected].

Day of Service: Customers must ensure that items for removal are easily accessible and clearly designated. Items should be in an accessible location unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Acceptable Items: the Service Provider does not accept hazardous materials, chemicals, explosives, asbestos, medical waste, or any other prohibited items per local regulations.

Gated Access: Customers must provide any necessary gate codes or ensure access to the property. Missed service due to access issues is not refundable.

Heavy or Large Items: Some items may require special handling or additional fees. Customers will be informed before removal if any extra charges apply.

3. Rescheduling: To reschedule, notify the Service Provider by 5:00 PM EST the day before the scheduled service. Requests made after this deadline may incur a rescheduling fee.

4. Cancellations: Customers may cancel services by contacting the Service Provider at [email protected] before their scheduled service.

Refunds: No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than24 hours before the scheduled service.

5. Service Provider Responsibilities:

Missed Service: If the Service Provider is unable to complete the service for reasons not caused by the Customer, the service will be rescheduled or credited.

Weather Delays: Services may be postponed in cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, and customers will be notified of rescheduling.

Property Protection: While the Service Provider takes reasonable care in handling removals, we are not liable for minor damages resulting from normal service operations.

6. Charges and Payment: Customers agree to pay all service charges, including applicable taxes and disposal fees.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

Declined Payments: Customers will be notified of any payment issues and must provide an alternative method.

7. Modifications to Agreement: the Service Provider reserves the right to update terms or service procedures. Customers will be notified via email or the website. Continued service use indicates acceptance of changes.

8. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by Georgia law. Any disputes shall be resolved within Georgia courts.

9. Miscellaneous: If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in effect. Neither party may transfer rights without written consent from the other. This Agreement supersedes prior understandings regarding the Service Provider's terms and conditions.
